“Working with Patrick and Community Business Australia meant that we were about to transition from a Management Committee to a Board of Directors, including assisting the organisation to successful transition from an Association to a Company Ltd. Patrick was a valuable source of advice in relation to good governance principles and assisted the Board to develop action plans, complete Board and CEO reviews as well as successfully recruiting highly skilled Directors for our Board. Regardless of the size of your organisation, I would recommend engaging the expertise of Patrick and Community Business Australia.”
