The Multicultural Village

Background

Operating out of the Newcastle in New South Wales, Tinonee Gardens is a Not-for-Profit multicultural residential aged care facility that has been providing high quality care and accommodation options to the people of the Hunter since 1991.

TGTMV provide a range of services and accommodation options that include residential aged care, dementia and palliative care. A wide range of specialist therapies and healthcare services are also provided to residents which include; speech, massage, dental, optometry, physiotherapy and podiatry. Residents have access to full laundry and cleaning services as well as full catering services that cater for specific cultural and health needs.

In 2016 Tinonee Gardens and Community Business Australia established a working partnership to support the CEO and executive with a number of key strategic projects. CBA provides Tinonee Gardens with access to specialist consultants in a range of corporate areas particular in relation to the development and implementation of their strategic plan. To date that has included the development of the strategic plan, recruitment of key executives, feasibility studies and review of key support services.
