CBA continues to find initiative ways to support our clients.
In 2020 we launched CBA’s Director Network – a network of experienced professionals keen to support NFP providers looking for board directors.
CBA has ‘Director Ready’ professionals for NFP Boards.
Our Governance Consultant, Debora Jackson, heads up this service. Debora is an experienced Director herself, currently sitting on two NFP Boards.
For NFP providers it is easy. Firstly, contact CBA and we will book you in for an initial consultation to ensure we fully understand the type of skills and experience you are seeking.
Then it is simply CBA’s Director Recruitment three step process:
1. Sign up to CBA’s Director Network
2. Review the short list of director candidates we send you
3. Choose the candidate best suited to your organisation.
